Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s), issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.Items received as a gift may be returned for an Urban Garden gift card within 30 days of purchase with a gift receipt. Without a receipt, the lowest sale price during the previous 90-day period will be refunded in the form of store credit, upon management approval. Returns of single items in excess of $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Purchases paid by check will be refunded after a 10-day waiting period. All sales are final on furniture, special orders, live plants, discounted items, and seasonal merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Urban Garden gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Gift cards have no expiration date, but should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
