Checking the status of your order is simple. Visit the Order Status page to track your order.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s), issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within 10 days of receipt. Within 30 days you may return the item with the original sales receipt for an exchange or store credit only. The original sales receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Without a receipt, the lowest sale price during the period will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Returns of single items in excess of $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Purchases paid by check will be refunded after a 10-day waiting period.All sales are final on furniture, special order items, live plants, sale items, and holiday merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Urban Garden gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
