Returns - Online Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s), issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.

Items received as a gift may be returned for an Urban Garden gift card within 30 days of purchase with a gift receipt.

Contact us for specific instructions on returning your online purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
