Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item, issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within 30 days of purchase. A receipt is required for in-store purchases. Items received as a gift may be returned for an Urban Garden Gift Card within 30 days of purchase with a gift receipt.
All items must be unused and in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All sales are final on special orders, live plants, food, clearance items, and holiday/seasonal merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping
Shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout. While we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, actual delivery of your order is completed by UPS, FedEx, and/or USPS; therefore, we make no guarantees or promises that an order will be delivered by a specific date or time.
