Returns - Online Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s), issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within 30 days of the order date.

Items received as a gift may be returned for an Urban Garden gift card within 30 days of the order date.

All sales are final on furniture orders, special orders, live plants, food, clearance items, and holiday/seasonal merchandise.

Contact us for specific instructions on returning your online purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
