Returns - In-Store Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(s), issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer, within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt. Items received as a gift may be returned for an Urban Garden gift card within 30 days of purchase with a gift receipt.

All items must be unused and in the original packaging.

A receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and/or exchanges.

All sales are final on furniture orders, special orders, live plants, food, clearance items, and holiday/seasonal merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Urban Garden gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Gift cards have no expiration date, but should be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
