Calathea

Calatheas are a favorite house plant among many, and they're prized for their beautifully patterned foliage and lower light requirements.

	Medium to bright, indirect light is ideal, but can tolerate lower light. Generally, the darker green the leaf color, the lower light the plant needs.
	Water thoroughly, but allow the top 1-2 inches of soil to dry out before watering again. Prefers high humidity: misting leaves may help.
	Prefers 65°-85°F with higher humidity
	Curling leaves may indicate underwatering; yellowing leaves may indicate overwatering
	Safe for pets
	Difficulty Level: Moderate to Challenging
